Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details:

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened shampoos and used nail care products cannot be returned

How to Return an Item:

  2. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Package the item securely with the original packaging and include the RA number
