At FURMIN Pet Care Shop, we take pride in offering premium grooming tools like our professional combs, de-shedders, and precision scissors to keep your pets looking their best. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened shampoo bottles
- Used grooming tools (combs, brushes, de-shedders)
- Nail grooming products that have been opened

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after we receive it), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you chose free shipping, the actual shipping cost ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return. For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to place a new order and we’ll refund the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
